Cancellations and Returns


Unfortunately orders for stocked items cannot be cancelled or amended once the order has been placed as orders are picked for immediate dispatch.

It may be possible to amend or cancel orders for non-stocked items or orders on long lead times. This can only be done after consultation/agreement with SteelDelivery as below:

Orders cancelled after the goods have been despatched will need to be returned at your own expense. Please note delivery charges will not be refunded.


Within 30 days of the date of the delivery/advice note, any unused item can be returned at your expense for a refund.

Returns received without a Refund number will result in delays to processing a refund.

To enable us to issue credit, the goods must be in their original condition with the packaging so that they are fit for resale. If the packaging is damaged in any way a handling charge may be incurred. Returned goods must be adequately packed and sent freight prepaid to:
